Guidance Through Grief, Change, and Growth

My path to...
becoming a clinical psychologist was anything but linear. What initially began as a “safe” path in medicine quickly evolved into something more aligned with who I truly am. I chose to move away from what was expected of me and toward a career rooted in connection, curiosity, and authenticity.
I believe that every behavior, every fear, and every “stuck” feeling has a story that makes sense. Once we understand that story, we gain the power to change it. This belief is the foundation of my work and how I approach every individual and couple I work with.
My work focuses on...
supporting individuals and couples through life’s most complex and often unspoken transitions. I specialize in reproductive and maternal mental health, including pregnancy loss, infertility, identity shifts, relationship challenges, and grief. These are areas that are often surrounded by silence, stigma, and misunderstanding, and my goal is to create space for honest, meaningful conversations.
As a first generation South Asian woman college graduate, my journey has been shaped by navigating expectations, identity, and change. These experiences have deeply influenced how I connect with my clients and understand the layers behind their stories.
In my work, I combine evidence-based practices with genuine curiosity and a willingness to challenge patterns that no longer serve you. Therapy with me is not about quick fixes. It is about understanding, growth, and creating lasting change.
Beyond my clinical work...
I serve as a consultant, speaker, and advisor, working with organizations and professionals to better understand mental health, relationships, and human behavior in both personal and professional settings.
At the core of everything I do is a simple belief: when we understand ourselves more deeply, we can begin to live more intentionally, authentically, and fully.

Global Advocacy & Consultation
Beyond the therapy room, I am dedicated to improving the landscape of women’s health on a broader scale:

Global Authorship
I have authored three books, including The Miscarriage Map and Self-ish. My work has been sold worldwide and translated into multiple languages to support those navigating loss and modern motherhood.
Credentials
I am an active member of the ASRM Mental Health Professional Group and hold a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C).
National Reach
